The brand-new hotel met our expectations with amenities like climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area in the room which we loved. Having a bathtub in the bathroom was a great feature. The convenient location near a good area of Fort Collins, on the outskirts of town with stores and restaurants nearby made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area of Fort Collins. Additionally, there was an inspirational gallery just 2 miles away from the property.

Spacious and newly furnished rooms with spotless bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern TV with plenty of channels, along with a thermostat and a microwave for convenience. 📺

When it comes to breakfast, you'll find a wide variety of options to choose from, plus they offer delicious cookies and hot chocolate to start your day with a smile. 🍪

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was good looking and quiet. The location is great, right by the outskirts of town and close to restaurants. The staff was very amiable and patient all the time. The breakfast at the front desk was a nice touch.

The staff was friendly and accommodating of a late check-out request. Super comfortable bed. Free breakfast, chocolate chip cookies, and parking were nice perks. Convenient location near stores, restaurants, CSU campus, and Old Town.

Easy to find, close to major roads quiet, good breakfast options

We came to fort Collins for a shipping trip. We enjoyed the clean hot tub after being on our feet all day. The beds were comfy and breakfast was great. Loved the pancake machine!

Nothing to do with facility or staff, but we had very noisy mother and kid next to our room making noise till 11:30 pm. My aunt knocked on their door loudly and told them to be quiet and the noise stopped.

The breakfast had a lot of options, including cookies and hot chocolate. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel was comfortable, in a great part of town, close to restaurants, shopping in Fort Collins, and the outskirts of town.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient with restaurants, shops nearby, and the Harmony Reservoir is just a short drive away.

We got great value for our money at Holiday Inn Express in Fort Collins. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

Free toiletries (in case you forgotten anything). Laundry facilities available for $2. Nice little pool area with whirl pool and gym (VERY basic).

The gym was very basic - 2 out of 3 cardio machines were broken and it only had very basic strength training equipment (2 - 30 lbs dumbbells).
